God, I hate that they reanimated Goku's Super Saiyan hair to be more updated. His first time Super Saiyan hair from the original anime and the manga (up until the android fight I believe) is sacred and should be preserved!

Agreed. The golden hair especially in the first transformation scene is the best and also not that detailed every strand of hair being shown Cell Saga and onward style for him.

Not as gold as the original even-though even that at-times like the episode right after. I guess it depended on the person being responsible for the animation in specific episodes.
