The Androids (Line Cell) are just as powerful as the Androids (Line Trunks)?

Cell to say that Piccolo (Weighted) can fight against the Androids, would you like to say that Piccolo (Weighted) can maintain a good fight against both Androids (Linea Cell)? It's a posibility.

  I have no problem thinking that you love versions of the Androids have the same power.

Doesn't that imply Androids (Cell) are as strong as Present ones? Cell only said he could fight them, but Piccolo can certainly beat Trunks' Androids by this point.

For the reason that Cell is surprised at how powerful Vegeta SSJ (Androids) was, it makes me think that Cell Lines and Future Trunks were similar, but with a different ending.

Maybe Cell's statement was that Piccolo (weighted) could give a bit of a fight to both Androids, but that he had still been defeated.

Can Cell sense the Androids power? Also if can't then how did he their power?

When Cell was talking to Trunks, he said the data showed that he was no match for the Androids.

So he can't sense their power, but he has complete data on them.

I was thinking that apparently Cell being inside the computer, in a moment I stop investigating. Apparently Cell saw only up to when Trunks SSJ faced the Androids for the first time, just before traveling for the first time to the past). For something Cell (Line Trunks) did not see how Trunks eliminated the Androids, but he saw a 3-year-old Trunks before fighting against them and not being a rival.

  Probably Cell knew how powerful the Androids were and the Cell that traveled to the Main Timeline, thought that Trunks (Trunks Line) was just as powerful as Trunks (Vs Mecha Freezer), therefore he did not consider it a rival for the Androids (Cell Line and Trunks Line).
