The difference between Gotenks Base (Post) and Gotenks SSJ (Post) is astronomical.

Fat Janemba deforming the Other World and Goku SSJ3 (M12) shaking the Other World, make them be at least at the Galaxy Level.

  Personally I have Movie 12 in a Hypothetical Timeline where Gotenks murdered Majin Boo in the Rosat. Gohan managed to have his Semi Power Unlocked.

  Therefore Fat Janemba at least, is stronger than Super Boo (Initial), Gohan (Semi Unlocked Potential) and surely Gotenks Base (Post).

  Gotenks Base (Post) would be at least in the Multi Solar System Level, while Gotenks SSJ (Post) would be at least in the Galaxy Level.

  Even so, the gap would be 2.5x according to the scale. This only shows that the PLs of the Series do not correlate with reality. Vegeta being 3,600x stronger than a Farmer and capable of destroying Earth is a good example of what I say.

That is true, but nothing contradicts that it is not. Super Boo (FP) can open dimensional holes. Gohan Boo (Enraged) can destroy many dimensions.

  It is true that this is only in the Anime, but nothing contradicts it in the Manga. After all, there are few DBZ characters that surpass the powers of Fat Janemba and Goku SSJ3 (M12). Quickly in DBS the Universe Levels appear.
