The difference between Piccolo (TB23) on Kami (TB23) is tremendous.

I just realized that when Kami Piccolo stops the coup, the latter had spent a lot of energy in the fight against Goku. Therefore I see no problem with having a tremendous difference between Piccolo (TB23) on Kami (TB23), also at the end of the fight between Goku vs Piccolo, the latter was heavily damaged and tired, even so, he could easily defeat Kami and others together.

This I see:

Piccolo (FP)> / >> Piccolo (When Kami stops coup) >>>> Piccolo (Beaten and Out)> / >> Kami (TB23).

Therefore the difference between Piccolo (TB23) on Kami (TB23), may be 3x or 4x?

Exactly, I do not speak of any gap, I'm talking about Piccolo (TB23) = 3x-4x Kami (TB23).

It will be something like:

Piccolo (FP) = 100
Piccolo (When Kami stops) = 75-80
Piccolo (Sold out) = 40
Kami = 25-30

Maybe?

It is true, but even when the beat stops Kami Piccolo, Goku tells Piccolo that had enough power lost in combat. Also Piccolo (Completely Out), could barely move, even Goku's header left him completely unconscious.

  It seems to make sense:

Piccolo (FP) = 100
Piccolo (When Kami stops) = 72
Piccolo (Sold out) = 36

Kami could not see Piccolo's and Goku's movements, even with his God eyes, so I'd say a 1.5x gap is enough. But Piccolo, even all beaten up, being confident to defeat Kami make the gap even bigger. I think 2x is enough though.

The others would be basically a one-shot fodder to Piccolo, so their help would not make a difference IMO.

It could be because Piccolo could barely walk and was shot down by a head of Goku and remained unconscious.
