We got SS2, SS3, Fusions, Gohan released his potential beyond to it's limits and Boo just keep winning against them so therefore Spirit Bomb is the last power to defeat him.

By ''Saiyans get continually stronger during Buu Saga'' does he also mean Goku? That would explain most inconsistencies. Why not just going
with SSJ3 Goku (kid buu)>SSJ3 Goku (fat buu)?
You know, the first time i watched dragonball, before Kid Buu, the chain i had in mind was Gohan>Gotenks>Super Buu>SSJ3 Goku>Fat Buu.
Then, when Kid Buu showed up, i got the feeling he should logically be stronger than the previous forms (because, at the previous sagas,
that's how it worked; each successive form of the saga's villain outclassed his previous forms). Then, i see SSJ3 Goku fighting him dead
even and i was like WTF. So, i logically deduced SSJ3 Goku was stronger at this point than what he'd been against Fat Buu. Back then,
my attempts to explain this in my mind were:
-He received a zenkai when he was revived (in the anime, at Freeza Saga, Vegeta had said something about being stronger now that he
came back from death, so i figured Saiyans also get zenkais if they die and come back to life)
-When Old Kai gave him his life, he also gave him his chi and this somehow made him a lot stronger
