Idk if someone else will join. What would their role be? Nav, Doc, Cook, Sword, Shipwright, Long-range, Captain (also long-range), historian, royal, fish dude, Musician. Maybe someone who can fly? Enel? Where the fuck is that guy anyway?
Someone who can do portraits? Dofla already had that art lady.
Someone who was in the Navy? That could be one, to give the SHs an easier time connecting with those who are more pro-government/anti-pirate.
Cleaner? Noi?

Vivi would be a likely candidate as she's treat as an honourary member by the Straw Hats and by Oda's word, though that becoming a more present reality would require a lot of specific things to happen during the Reverie's aftermath. Any other candidate is pretty up in the air as they'd probably be more likely to be part of the Grand Fleet rather than a main member due to the personal goals of characters such as Law, Kinemon, etc. It doesn't seem as though there's any other essential positions that still need filling either beyond an additional set of battle skills, in which case I guess it could be someone with a Logia DF to round out the current DF lineup (Sabo if the Revolutionary Army falls, maybe?).
