Disregarding Dartz who's so insanely broken I think he may be able to take all of Team 5D's by himself. But 7 one on one duels where the members of Team 5Ds/Signers take on the Doma Warriors. To make it 7 on 7 add Kalin in this to make it even.
Kalin vs. Gurimo
I think Kalin can win this. In his first duel with Yusei he held the edge the entire time and pretty much beat him in that same duel. If it weren't Yusei's D-Wheel spazzing out Kalin would've won. Ccapacu Pua
Luna vs. Weevil
I can see Weevil winning this. We didn't see much of Luna dueling so she didn't really have much of a chance to impress. If I remember she only one 2 duels one of which was using Leo's deck while the other was against Aporia where she barely did anything until the end and even then it was primarily Leo doing most or half of the work and Jack delivering the final blow. Weevil on the other hand despite his cheating tactics mostly uses strategy and normally an insect deck can be a serious pain in the ass against. So I can see him beating her.
Leo vs. Rex
Leo impressed me more than Luna did and I paired him against Rex because in his showing against Devak who runs a Beast/Monkey deck which is generally power based like Rex and his dinosaurs he still put up a damn good fight and saved himself from defeat plenty of times. Had Luna not shown up he might've been able to beat him on his own. In his duel with Aporia he magically got ahold of Life Stream Dragon in addition a wide array of equip spells he can banish to protect it. I can see Leo giving Rex a well matched fight and maybe beat him should he be able to get Life Stream Dragon on the field.
Akiza vs. Mai
I started a topic around this although it was a triple threat and I believe the majority said Mai. With those new haxed additions of Harpie Lady cards she could win this but I can still see Akiza winning this. Her plant deck is one that burns with each turn, Black Rose Dragon nukes the field when summoned and she has a number of other cards to whip it back out when she wants. I see this as a 50/50 shot for both sides.
Jack vs. Alister (2 Rounds. Round 1 the Fire Deck, Round 2 the Army Deck)
Even though out of the 3 main Musketeers Alister was definitely the weakest he went after Kaiba the main rival so I pair him against Jack who's the main rival and isn't quite as impressive as Kaiba anyhow. The Fire deck may give him some trouble but I'm more than positive he'll beat the Army deck. All Alister had with that deck really was Sky Fortress Zigguarat and I doubt Jack will even let him summon it.
Crow vs. Valon
I think this may be the most fun to watch. Valon's armor deck is no joke, it focuses on a swarming strategy much like Crow's Blackwings. The ability of his armor deck ranges from magic/trap negation to destroying monsters or negating their special abilities. Valon gave Joey one hell of a fight literally and narrowly lost but not without leaving him almost completely exhausted. Although I myself believe Crow can hastily beat Joey. I think Valon would give Crow quite a battle. I think this would 50/50 maybe 55/45 in Crow's favor but still a fight.
Yusei vs. Raphael
Raphael was something else beating Yugi after essentially dominating the both of his duels with him, he protects his guardians at any cost with a wide array of trap/magic cards. He has Guardian Eatos which is insanely OP in the anime, if Yusei manages to beat her than he has to deal with Guardian Dreadscythe which while not as OP as Eatos will be a pain in the ass unless Yusei finds a way to either pump up Stardust Dragons or remove monsters from Raphael's graveyard. Yusei on the otherhand is no slouch either. I think he's just as good and can potentially beat Yugi himself. Like Yugi his deck seems to be ready for just about any situation, I'm sure he can pull out a synchro to answer Eatos and Dreadscythe. I think this would be a good bout but I can see Yusei winning this in the end.
