In a series in which Taopaipai kills Blue with his tongue or Goku instantly murders Drum in one blow, who is the weakest character who could survive Kami's fearsome fingerflick?
I don't think Kami put any killing intent into it and Goku wasn't hurt for that long because of it, so I think just about anybody could survive it as long as AT felt like it. It's a similar case to Beerus slapping Bulma imo.
