You'll have to be more specific, I don't know much about comic characters but their are tons of versions of them, Thor specifically has versions where he'd get one shot by Raditz and other versions where he'd shit on Vegito. I'm sure there's also a version where he can beat Beerus.

Which Thor, exactly? MCU Thors is City Buster, while Comics Thor is outright God.

As said above, it purely depends on the incarnation.
Comic-wise, base Thor clears Z/GT due to speedblitz and vastly superior stamina, though loses to any relevant Super character. Rune King Thor beats anyone who isn't Zen-Oh.
If it's MCU Thor, his base self is City level and his Awakened self is Island level, though he likely isn't fighting against Part 1 high tiers unless speed's equalised.
