Thoughts on part 8 of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure?

So far it's pretty much just a better version of part 4. However, it is a step down from part 7.

Read up to I think chapter 70 or so and really don't have much interest to continue it. The support cast are uninteresting outside of a select few characters who come into the plot and disappear soon afterwards with little being left to anticipate their return, a lot of the events are primarily a less interesting reboot of Part 4's battles and the insistence on shifting the goalpost when it comes to the main villain is executed far worse than any previous part. Some ideas such as the equivalent exchange are interesting, but its usage is just the poor meng's version of FMA.

Wouldn't say it's as bad as Part 5, but its pretty average and definitely on the lower scale of JoJo parts.
