Goku is at minimum 30,000,000, possibly higher depending how you view his Base form. I'd probably have Tenshinhan winning this currently, but my views on the humans change frequently.

I don't see any of the humans reaching the ten millions so Goku one-shots him.

Didn't Krillin say something about him standing a chance if nobody went SSj in the 25th Budokai? I could be mistaken, but i think that would imply the humans are not that far from the Base Saiyans.

That was just filler or dub error. But Krillin was expecting to make it to top 5 at least.

Krillin was only thinking of making it into the top 5, and was relieved when the kids were barred from competing with the adults even after Super Saiyan was prohibited.

Tenshinhan gets absolutely annihilated IMO. He could put up a fight with Base Goku, but any form of Kaio-ken would rape him.

At best, I could see Tenshinhan trumping Kaioken x2 Goku, though I consider that incredibly generous. Kaioken x10 Goku would kill Ten with a single punch.

Ten would be executed with ease.

Goku stomps
