Who would have won had they fought in the TOP?

Vegeta for sure. SSJB Goku tanked Kunshi's energy mine while Hit was alarmed by it, plus Vegeta has knowledge of Hit's abilities from the two times he fought Goku prior. Cage of Time would be the only game changer but I think Vegeta would be prepared.

@Papasmurf What do you think about Jiren considering Hit a threat, but making little of Vegeta? Or Belmod considering that no one can threaten Jiren once Hit was gone? Of course, from the future perspective, it's clear that Belmod underestimated Vegeta, as he was surprised with how strong he got while charging the Final Flash in Ssj Blue.

I don't see how Vegeta could fare against the Time Cage, and he also never watched Jiren vs Hit. The best game plan Vegeta has is being prepared to receive his blows, managing to deal with his TS one way or another and managing to somehow do what Goku did with him while charging an attack, even then, Hit is also a potential threat as he can adapt to his opponent fighting style.

Actually, I think this fight it could go either way and depends on how good Vegeta plays his cards on him. Vegeta has already seen Ssj Blue Goku overpowering Hit's pocket dimension so all he has to do is managing to resist his punches and maybe firing a charged Final Flash to get him off the arena.
