Good power levels. Few things:

Why is Good Boo > Innocent Boo?

A 10% difference between the two fighters makes them fairly close to begin with. In a straight up fight, Vegeta would obviously win.

Why shouldn't Good Boo be superior to Innocent Boo? Good Boo was able to somewhat fight (barely) someone who was fighting Goku SSj3, whereas Innocent Boo was completely mucked by Goku and he was also unable to put down Vegeta in one blow. Furthermore, the Kiri meter tells us that Innocent Boo is roughly 2.5x Teen Gohan's strength at Super Saiyan 2. A common argument to try to contradict this is how Goku SSj compares to Yakon, but the meter maxed out at 3,000 so it contradicts nothing.

Depending on how it's received, I probably won't make an additional list for some time.

doesn't know about bloating and its drawbacks, he has only sensed the powers, so he must assume Bloated Cell was Cell's full power.

4. Not necessarily. He could have been shocked that nothing actually happened. Nappa suffered next to no damage.
7. Why wouldn't Piccolo know about the drawbacks of power bloating? He watched the entire fighter unfold. It's a foregone conclusion that he is aware of these drawbacks. Futher-more, Trunks didn't seem entirely shocked by Goku's 50% power. I don't see a reason why having Grade 3 Trunks being stronger then that particular version of Goku causes any contradictions whatsoever.

9.I never included a bloated form for Cell during his battle against Trunks, I may have to include it. But as my battle powers show, his bloated form increased his battle power by 20%. I went with 7 billion for convenience.
11. Gotenks was still a work in progress at that point. Piccolo had no expectations for Gotenks Base Pre and wanted them to redo fusion again, this time as Super Saiyans. So he really has no reason to say 'You can't even beat me, let alone Boo'.
12. When Super Boo first arrived, Piccolo wasn't entirely concerned. He only shat himself once Boo performed a temporary power-burst. That's when Piccolo knew they were boned.

buffed him more.
11. What about Base Post? Why would Piccolo hope, even for a second, that someone weaker than himself would have a chance against
Buu? Was he on drugs?
12. I think your approach is messy. Mine, with Good Buu<SSJ2s (which i analyzed twice and you seemed to agree to), is better.
