Tsuburi runs a Z gauntlet

So for those who have been following the current's Super arc, Tsuburi is the warrior formed by the assimilation of many Namekians made to stop Moro. He was one-shotted in a brutal way, but considering this Moro has already ability surpassing that of a SSJG, the Namekian warrior's power remains a mystery.

How far do you think he gets in the Z world?

He was referred to by Muri as being an unbeatable warrior. At minimum, that places him above Namek SSJ Goku. Muri was clearly aware of what was going on and there's no reason Ki that can be sensed in a completely other dimension can't be sensed from New Namek, so that could potentially place Tsuburi even above SSJ Vegetto.
Using anime filler as evidence, it's worth noting that even Perfect Cell's Ki could be sensed from New Namek. This filler was cut out of the Kai version iirc though, so bringing it into account would be questionable for either of Super's canon.

Doesn't whole statement of him being an unbeatable warrior seem to be mere boasting from Muri?

Possibly, though I highly doubt he'd bother making such a claim if he was well aware of the kind of power Goku and Vegeta had faced in the past, nor been so shocked that Tsuburi was easily killed if he wasn't at least above whatever was the highest power Muri knew of at that point.

Did Muri sense 100% Freeza and Goku as a SSJ though?

There's no reason to assume he didn't when Namekians are clearly shown capable of sensing Ki and he was on Namek at the same time as them for a while, regardless of how brief it was.

Well, Vegeta was there briefly as well and it seems he didn't sense Goku's chi.

I'd say that's arguable. Vegeta wasn't shocked at Gohan's declaration that Freeza could increase his power far higher as Yamcha was, plus the only reason he was shocked at Trunks' Ki was the idea of someone other than Goku being that strong or a Super Saiyan.

Wasn't he surprised though when Gohan pointed out Goku's a SSJ?

You could say his first reaction also had his transformation confirming Trunks as a Super Saiyan as an additional factor to his shock. As for him stating "No wonder he could beat Freeza" that honestly seems very out of place when he'd already witnessed Trunks' power and seemed to already know Goku had become a Super Saiyan anyway (the general likelihood of him being told in his year at Capsule Corp. coupled with his lack of shock at Gohan and Yamcha declaring Trunks as a Super Saiyan, beyond the denial of Trunks being one).

I meant when he was on Earth and Gohan said for Piccolo not to worry since Goku transformed into a SSJ.

That is a pretty notable counter. I guess Vegeta most likely didn't sense him, unless you assume Vegeta's reaction had to do with the legend being fully realised and Goku not having simply gotten waaay stronger than he imagined. After all, the status of Super Saiyan prior to Goku achieving it was sketchy at best. Vegeta always seemed convinced either he or Goku were Super Saiyans at various points only to be proven wrong despite their gigantic power ups, so it's not out of the realm of possibility for Vegeta's shock to come from some tangible proof of Goku becoming the legend.
