Well even assuming all the super stuff and goku being the strongest and what not. Chou gohan atleast somewhat rivals Ssj3 goku else he wouldn't be manhandling super buu as he did kid buu also rivals ssj3 goku so add an ssj2 boost to someone already that strong would mean he would stomp buu i guess
