Team 1: Hit and Kefla (restricted to SSJ)

Team 2: Saonel and Pirina (Namekian Fusion Allowed if necessary)

Team 3: Hit and Saonel

Team 4: Kefla (still restricted to just SSJ) and Pirina

This is True Golden Frieza turned into True Meta-Golden Frieza

This is pretty much replicating the events of the Big Gete Star movie so if a team beats True Meta-Golden Frieza they have to a face an army of him, and if they lose to the army they're taken away and can still win if they can beat the Giant Meta Golden Frieza (like the giant Meta Cooler Goku fought at the end).

Can any of the teams end the movie early by beating the army so they don't even need to fight the giant Meta Golden Frieza at the end?

And what difficulty would you give for each team?

Depends whether or not this is Hit at the start of the ToP or at the time he lost to Jiren. If the former, Teams 1-3 get swiftly stomped as Hit would be overwhelmed before he could progress his power enough to match the entire army, given if we're to trust the movie's title, the Big Gete Star can create up to 10 billion copies, plus Hit's spamming of Time Skip, Pocket Dimension and Cage of Time just to not get instantly stomped would quickly burn through his stamina against so many superior foes.
If it's at the time where he took hits well from Jiren, he may have a shot, but I still think the sheer number of opponents he'd have to face would wear him down eventually, especially when someone who focuses on assassination likely isn't used to taking on entire armies. SSJ Kefla would fare about the same as Peak Hit, if not worse due to lacking his hax techniques.

SSJ Kefla was stated to rival the power of the SSBKKx20 Spirit Bomb.

And i'd peg Post Jiren fight Hit at SSBKKx20 level (since he withstood the same eye beam attack that knocked goku out of SSBKKx20).

So physically SSJ Kefla may be a good bit stronger.

And unless stated otherwise I believe she'd be capable of using the Aura Laser attack she used in SSJ2, in SSJ1. After all we've seen pretty much any attack in DB can be used in a weaker form than it was first used in (Vegeta used Final Flash against Jiren in base, and Gotenks used Ghost Kamikaze Attack in Base after SSJ3 ran out). The Aura Laser Attack would be perfect for killing a bunch of golden Frieza's at once (especially if Hit used timeskip and allowed Kefla to move within the timeskip like he did with the mob boss since all of the Golden Meta Frieza's would be frozen in time and unable to dodge in that case).

Something else that's interesting is the invisible/intangible shockwave attack Hit seems to be able to disable mechanical things it passes through (it passed through Narirama's arm joints and Narirama's arms popped off). Its intangible property could allow it to pass through a whole row of Meta Frieza's all at once, its invisibility would make them unable to detect and dodge it most likely (Goku's shown he needs to close his eyes and amp his energy sensing to dodge them), and they can be spammed and sent through dimensional rifts to come out at completely different angles/trajectories (when Hit surrounded Goku with the shockwaves).

And lastly as you mentioned Hit would likely use his pocket dimension a good bit since it allows him to completely avoid taking any damage. But he doesn't really need to go in and out of it a bunch of times (which wouldn't really waste that much energy anyways) since he can attack from within the pocket dimension (send a shockwave from inside it) so he can stay in it and sent out attacks.
