How much power ups/effort increase did Goku show? We can pretty much realize how strong Goku got after training with Karin if we map out the Baba saga.

This was a tremendous gain in power that anybody who goes by scouters will surely nerf. There are several times massive gaps in power occur and are not given appropriate credit for due to AT's scouter levels not being thought out and people respond by cramming them in somehow someway. This however, is never, never, never suggested in the manga based on character statements and feats. The standard should be bloat and then wittle that bloat down to be a fair bit more reasonable. DB and DBZ is insanely bloated and the idea of having small gaps anywhere is pretty laughable.

Ok so 21st Goku probably wouldn't be able to beat Mummy. You can apply a Goku v Cell gap here. Then Mummy gets one shotted, Devil is impressed, but still thinks he could win. Goku raises his level to adapt to Devil and is certainly stronger, but not nearly able to one shot him.Then Goku goes all out and one shots Devil even more impressively than he one shotted Mummy. Check it out...

There is only one limit here to this massive hax, which can be explained away. I try to abide by it though.

Oozaru Goku ( Initial ) >> Grandpa Gohan

Goku was able to kill Gohan and I don't think it was a close fight. I think Grandpa Gohan got shit kicked. Perhaps Gohan got stronger in the AfterLife but I don't know about that.

If anything, I think Grandpa Gohan has regressed from his prime. Let's not forget that 22nd Budokai Jackie Chun... You know what, I'll wait to bring this up I don't want to lose anyone and it's gone pretty deep already.

I'm not sure about Goku increasing his power initially against Akkuman. I think I'd go with Goku (one shotting Mummy) > Akkuman.

Sure, Devil Man is confident, but Goku barely did any movements against Mummy and just one shotting him didn't allow Akkuman to properly gauge the kid's strength imo. I see the scenario more as Goku (one shoting Mummy) > Akkuman > power necessary to one shot Mummy >>> Mummy.

That's very possible. It's tough to tell. After Goku knows out Mummy, it seems Roshi has moved on from even thinking about Devil and is thinking about who's after Devil.

Yamcha exclaims that Goku was "so fast", Baba and Devil are all shocked how Goku was able to do that to Devil. It's tough to tell if Goku added any extra speed to what he had to one shot Mummy. Devil did respect the power of course, but he assumed he couldn't be beat.

It's a difficult situation to accurately read.

I'd say Devil Man's confidence shows he could take care of someone who could one-shot Mummy, but the power Goku used to one shot Mummy was even beyond Akkuman's estimations, who maybe hadn't a solid grasp on Goku's power due to him barely doing movements or so.

Well, like you said, it was stated Goku would probably not be able to beat Mummy at the 21st Budokai, so I generally place this latter at Goku (vs General Blue level). Yet, Goku is able to oneshot him, when not even going all out. Still, Akkuman is confident he could defeat someone who one shotted Mummy. Still, Goku could oneshot Akkuman at full power, showing post Karin Goku could oneshot someone (Akkuman), who could oneshot someone (Mummy), who could probably beat 21st Budokai Goku. The gaps are really massive.
