Vados vs. Whis

Haven't been keeping up with DBS but from what I recall, Vados claims that she's the stronger of the two and then Whis says that was 1,000 years ago and that he's been training. So who's stronger? I prefer to think that Vados is still slightly stronger, though I'd be willing to change my opinion if there's something that implies the opposite.

As with you, I'll believe Vados is stronger until proven otherwise. It creates more balance between the Gods of Universes 6 and 7, as Beerus > Champa by at least a small amount. From what Whis stated when Hit used the Tokitobashi, however, Vados likely doesn't have the time manipulation that Whis does, so in a fight, he may be able to use that to his advantage.

I think it's intentionally vague, but as CC has said, it balances out U6 and U7, so I'm more inclined to go with Vados > Whis, but it's probably like:

Champa: 08.
Beerus: 10.
Whis: 15.
Vados: 17.

There is little reason to assume that Whis surpassed her during the last 1,000 years, as she has likely trained as well.

Whis is no idiot and his statement seems to be more reliable. Vados on the other-hand is putting emphasis on where they stood 1,000 years ago as opposed to where they stand now. Additionally, Whis has shown greater abilities, such as reversing time. He would win no contest.
