Vega from Street Fighter vs Baracka from Mortal Kombat. Who wins?

Baraka is stronger and tougher, plus has more experience. Vega has the speed and skill advantages, but I don't think he'd win this. I'll still side with him, since he's the only non stereotypical spanish character to my knowledge.

Vega oneshots. He gets Small Town level scaling from Chun-Li's Kihosho and Supersonic speed via scaling from Guile's Sonic Boom. By comparison, Baraka's not even Small Building level and has just superhuman speed.
