Vegeta's official power level was 250,000. Old Slug is probably around 100,000ish.

I also consider Old Slug on par with Ginyu. Even Krillin @ first form Freeza would one-shot, let alone Vegeta.

Gohan says Old Slug has an "Incredible Battle Power" or something along those lines.
Most accept this to take place during the Ginyu era, so Ginyu level or around that sounds about right.
