Vegeta/Base Zarbon and MSSJ Gohan/Cell (vs Goku)

Which gap is bigger and why?

Gohan and Cell because Cell isn't a rusty little shit who spends all day in front of a mirror, and Vegeta did have to deflect that one blast. Also, :Krillin didn't pick up on a massive power difference between them.

Well, both performed feats of effortlessly dodging and blocking their opponents, but I somehow feel Gohan was more nonchalantly about it. Gohan wasn't even fighting back. I'd place Vegeta's dominance over Zarbon at the same level as Perfect Cell (suppressed) dominance over MSSJ Goku.

Zarbon/Vegeta - 88~90%
Cell/Gohan - 83%

Gohan/Cell since Boo arc Gohan is stated to be much weaker but yet was equal to Dabura who's stated to be stronger than the Cell that Goku fought.

The Gohan vs Cell gap is quite large. I felt Gohan was able to nonchalantly evade everything and could have whooped him easily if he wanted to. Gohan was having feats on Cell without even trying from what I could see.
