Since new movie villain > previous movie villain, Lord Slug can win. Tullece was already defeating a power that was at-least above 300,000 easily.

Wasn't Giant Slug stated to be stronger than Freeza? Slug should roflstomp going by that.

Goku was just starting his Genki Dama against Freeza by the time the movie came out, so it's weird that Toei would go with Slug being Freeza's superior before Freeza's full power had even been revealed.
