Vegeta in the Namek Arc after he ate the Senzu bean Goku gave him.

Scenario 1: Freeza can't transform or power up or down.

Scenario 2: If Freeza's power is too much for Vegeta, Vegeta can uses Kaioken up to x2, but have the same strain as Goku (Saiyan Arc).

Scenario 3: Same as scenario 2, but Vegeta has no strain.

I think Vegeta takes this, as in 50% 1st form Freeza as "50% Freezer's weakest form" -his real 1st form is the strongest one though-.
Even if Vegeta never quite matched Freezer's weakest form until his power up after Dende heals him, I think he was above 50% that form prior to that.
So Vegeta after eating the senzu > 50% weakest form Freezer in my opinion. With KK there's no doubt he could win, in fact, the would be close to initial 2nd weakest form Freezer.

He wins only scenario 3. If this was Vegeta after his nap, he'd stomp all three rounds.

Vegeta didn't power up at all during his nap. The only difference is that he didn't realise how strong he had turned until he fought against Jeece/Ginyu.

It was pretty clear that he did. If he already knew the extent of his Zenkai to be that great, he wouldn't have been scared at the very presence or idea of Freeza showing up only to fight on par with him and believe he could handle a transformed Freeza with Kuririn and Gohan's help.

Vegeta wanting to avoid to fight Freezer until becoming immortal is only logical because he couldn't possibly know how strong Freezer was and he knew Freezer was absurdly strong even if he had never sensed his strength.
And Vegeta gaining confidence after his first clash with Freezer didn't go that bad for him is just him being Vegeta, he does that every time he fights someone...

Even though he could still estimate Gohan and Kuririn's strength would be enough for them to win.

Only when he's either sure of his chances or is uninformed of the opponent's strength, something he clearly wasn't against Freeza until fighting enough to make a judgement on his power. Vegeta is prideful, but not a complete idiot.
Yeah, he seemed oh so confident like always when Freeza transformed, now didn't he?

I think Vegeta is at 70% of Base Freeza's power therefore he can actually win against 100% Freeza's power with the Gohan and Krillin's help. So he wins in all scenarios IMO.

I wouldn't use the word "estimate" here. I mean, this is the same Vegeta that thought that could win against final form Freezer while having just a fraction of his power.
I think it's more simple really. Vegeta knew Gohan could increase his power a lot, and he also experienced how troublesome Krilin could be. So his reasoning was simple:
"If I can more or less match Freezer then with the help of those two I can actually win".

Vegeta's confidence only arose AFTER his clash with Freezer, in other words, Vegeta only realised he had a chance to win against Freezer after he seeing how he could "match" him.
That's what he always does, except when he knows for sure that his opponent is stronger (like when the Ginyu forces attacked).

But I don't see how this relates to his strength increasing during the nap. His strength increased with the zenkai after Goku gave him the senzu bean.
