Vegeta/Recoome and Humans Cell/Piccolo

Which is a greater gap? Both Cell and Recoome tanked a blast of unidentified strength while being
a little moved by it. Are the two gaps about the same?

The vegeta recoome gap is only a few thousand. The humans cell gap is a lot larger. Like massively larger.

Well the question should be ask is which attack has a bigger amplifier.

Toriyama doesn't really like giving attacks names. If a move is depicted to be someone's trump card I don't see any reason for it to be any weaker because it lacks a name.
