The team wins. SSJ Vegeta from S17 is essentially equal to SBV2 due to the SSJ2 multiplier being non existent.

Same as Zoro said. Vegeta's feats against Super #17 were far better than Oob's, which Mu even commended him for. Logically he'd have to have retained Super Vegeta Baby 2's full power in his SSJ or SS2 form to make that possible.

I have to Vegeta SSJ2 (Post Baby) = SBV2. But after Vegeta and continued training Majuub therefore I have:

Vegeta SSJ2 (S17) >> SBV2 = Majuub (S17)> Majuub (Baby)> Vegeta SSJ (S17) = SBV1.
