Vegeta SSJ2 (Enraged / BoG Movie) vs Vegeta Base (FNF Movie)?

Base Vegeta takes this, though I can't say how easily. The Z Fighters make mention of Goku and Vegeta as a pair when they discuss needing help, implying that either of them would be capable of taking on Freeza. Piccolo, Gohan and Krillin all knew how Freeza's transformations worked, and they could probably project him up to his full power (minus Golden, which they didn't know about yet) fairly accurately. They also saw Enraged SSJ Vegeta fight Beerus, and know about SSJ2 so they can project that as well.
The fact that they assumed SSJ2 Vegeta would even be useful after already sensing that Freeza was on a whole different level, only for Goku to fight in base form, should speak to how much they powered up between the movies. Of course, this is assume you have Base Goku and Base Vegeta as relatively even.
