Vegeta SSJBE (Post Yadart) vs Mosco (ToP)?

That was from a much a more powerful Vegeta that was able to briefly utilize the Power of Destruction. By his own admission, that power was too much for him to handle.
So a much weaker Evolved Blue Vegeta stands 0 chance here.

I don’t think Mosco specifically can use destruction/Hakai/Ultra Ego. The guy literally relies on a suit of armor to do his job.
Regardless, Mosco’s feats still place him on the high level of Hakaishins. The guy actually took a hit from Champa and Quitela at once and still got up. Vegeta would’ve been torn apart by that.

The GoDs probably don't have to transform to use the power. Destruction just seems to be something they have access to without going the extra mile.
I always compare it to UI Goku and the Angels:
Angels are naturally in UI. Goku could only use it when he transformed. Now he has better control of it in general, but he still needs to use his Super Saiyans forms to make UI more effective.
We don't know enough about UE right now, but I seriously doubt Beerus would equate Destruction with a transformation. Sounds more like a mindset thing. Someone like Vegeta would have to go the extra mile to acquire power like that because he's not an actual GoD.
