With Daima revealing that Goku was the strongest in the universe years before BoG even occurs, just how superior is Goku over Gohan here?

Is Vegeta #2 at this point yet? Or is Gohan still #2? I know in the manga, Beerus says that Gohan wasn't memorable, so his power is likely quite a bit weaker than Goku's, but yeah, whats your thoughts here?

On the flip side, Boo Saga Ultimate Gohan was considered a key player for the fricking ToP. Obviously ToP Gohan >>>> Boo Gohan, but him regaining his old power was a big deal.

Is Base Gohan ToP only equal to Post Zeta Base?

Yes. Goku and Vegeta are always equal outside of different forms. Vegeta also only gets pissed after finding out Kakarot hid SSJ4 from him as if he caught up to him after unlocking SSJ3 much like their fight in the Boo arc.
