Do you think it was forced? I mean, Vegeta's basically the reason Boo was allowed to run wild... and yet he wished the earthlings to sort things out?

It was a fairly forced way of Toriyama trying to say that he's changed, considering his plan doesn't make much sense. We're given no inclination Vegeta knew how the Genki-Dama worked (hell, we have no evidence he even knew its name in the Saiyan Arc), yet he banks everything on this attack just because it really hurt him at a time when his full power didn't even measure up to 1% of his current self and just assumes one with more Genki will do the trick :cena

Vegeta should have wished Goku was a child again that way antics would ensue.

It must've happened off screen like Fat Boo learning Vegeta's ki blast spam technique. :troll

I've always thought about this but forgot to talk about it. Yeah, that was out of character from Vegeta even if he did change during that arc.

Yeah, I thought so too. The earthlings had been completely irrelevant since the first chapter of the manga, and yet it became their responsibility to save the universe.. Honestly I’d have rather seen Vegeta wish for Goku tonhave his power restored and see him try to finish the fight at the start. Calling on the earhtlingsnfor help didn’t feel very Dragon Ball to me.

Yeah, as others have said it was a cop out to make a cute ending, but ended up sounding retarded.

Lol I just found out in the manga that only the Earthlings were contributed their energies to Goku's Genki Dama to defeat Boo. I think the afterlife and Namekian also contributed their energies in the anime iirc and if I'm right then Toei did a good job IMO. :troll
