Vegeta with Guldo ability vs Recoome

Vegeta manages to learn guldos ability after killing him. Can he win this time.

Vegeta should be able to win. Recoome would be completely vulnerable during time stop and wouldn't be able to defend against a fatal blow.

I don’t see how Vegeta wouldn’t win. Wouldn’t be easy though since Recoome is incredibly tough.
