He could be, but Jiren is close enough to Belmod to be beaten outside of battle power, at least. I believe Beerus is a decent chunk above the other gods aside from Champa and Liquiir.

Jiren wins handily. Nothing in the manga suggests Beerus has a big advantage over Belmod. I doubt the two are very far apart. Jiren is better than them both, and Vegetto's strength only on par or above Beerus's when the former is charging up a Final Kamehameha.

Jiren obviously wins. He's a dude that surpass the Hakaishin level after all meanwhile Vegito is just at that level at best.
