Who's the villain in One Piece who stands out the most for you, among the ones shown thus far?

I'd say that Doflamingo to me. He has just a charisma that I haven't seen on any other villain. I like how he laughs anything off, him keeping his cool generally, his design, his ability... And his psychopath way and eager to seeing things scrumble seems attracting in a way.

Crocodile. He was the first pirate who helped us understand what the Grand Kine was actually like, and fighting Kuffy on 3 separate occasions makes him the most memorable for me.

Crocodile. His plan was the most intricate out of any villain in the series and being able to have pulled off most of the act for so long was incredibly impressive. His actions and words also highlighted a lot of his past and regrets, and he definitely presents himself as one of the most well-rounded villains in terms of knowledge such as being aware of Awakened Zoans.

Akainu would make an honourable mention with his Machiavellian nature, his scheming at Marineford and the impact him killing Ace had on the plot, but him not having his background explored yet or being shown as more than just a stern military man makes him feel quite 1-dimensional at the moment. Doflamingo would be a contender as well for reasons ahill mentioned if not for his role in Dressrosa making him a less tactful version of Crocodile, plus his iconic "What is Justice?" speech coming off as very hollow when considering the series' black-white portrayal of morality for the most part.
