Do you guys agree with the list? If not then what would be your list?

That's a good list except for Goku and Oob training. Oob is garbage and has so far amounted to nothing in the series lore. I would replace that with Trunks killing Freeza, or Goku using Super Saiyan 3 for the first time, or even the formation of Vegetto.

3. SSJ3
2. Gohan punks Cell
1. SSJ 1

I think the list is more about the story how the direction of the series changed due to those moments and not about how cool were those. For instance, how Raditz impacted the the story or Goku's SSjin transformation as his peak in terms of character and power. Gohan finishing Cell is the mark of his peak and Vegeta sacrificing himself against Boo marks a character change from him where his fighting someone than himself. As for Goku and Oob training, it's more like how Goku is passing a torch to Oob something like that.

Piccolo saving Gohan from Nappa's onslaught
Gohan turning into a SSJ for the 1st moment
Gohan turning into a SSJ2 in the CGs
Goku's farewell to everybody at the end of the Cell saga
Goku leaving off to train Oob

Would have included Vegeta's death, and wished to, but the fact that he was revived soon after on both occasions takes off a little of the impact they offered imo. Granted that Piccolo was also revived in the following saga, but the scene has a plus due to him saving the son of his former arch-rival.

I'd disagree with Gohan defeating Cell and Vegeta's sacrifice. The former didn't really have much weight behind it due to Gohan's contrived character rewrite before and after his SS2 transformation making the whole fight hollow and still needing Goku's support to take down a villain himself, whilst the latter is made hollow by Majin Vegeta's previous actions putting a wrench in his character development and the sacrifice not meaning much overall when it didn't kill Boo.

My list would be:

#5 - Trunks killing Freeza and Cold
#4 - The fight against Vegeta in the Saiyan Arc in general
#3 - Raditz's arrival
#2 - Goku's Super Saiyan transformation
#1 - Piccolo saving Gohan against Nappa

It acts as an exciting build up to the arc and truly setting the scale of the Artificial Humans, as well as showing Trunks as more pragmatic than Goku. It's only after the present Artificial Humans are shown to be underwhelming as villains and Trunks incompetent for his role that it falls apart, but it remains a strong moment within its vacuum and viewed on its own, up there with Kuririn's death in the Piccolo Daimao Arc and Raditz's arrival in the Saiyan Arc as far as most exciting arc openings of the series.

Cool that we both have Piccolo saving Gohan as our #1.

Well, it is perhaps the best singular moment of showing character development in the series, after all, plus the stakes his death provided to the story made it all the more relevant.
