Half of his power is obviously way above Normal Goku, so did he think that Goku was capable of power such-as that of a 10x Kaio-Ken?

He wasn't surprised either when Goku was using the 10x Kaio-Ken.

I think it's just intuition that Goku wasn't fighting seriously. Ginyu said Goku was saving his power-up for when he met Freeza, yet we see Ginyu is pissing himself when he does the Kaio-Ken. I don't think these guys can actually know Goku is capable of something like that, but can tell he's not really serious in the battle.

50% Freeza was so far above Kaio-Ken x10 Goku that I doubt he really cared.

Maybe he doesn't know that Goku is capable of a technique like Kaio-Ken, but thought that was just his normal power. Freeza was even surprised where he got the power from when Goku did the Kaio-Ken x20.
