Was Warm Up Cell (Goku)>Warm Up Cell (Vegeta)?

When P.Cell and Vegeta started fighting, in the beginning, Vegeta could put up a fight, and Sixteen even said that Vegeta was stronger. Then Vegeta was like, 'You're not taking this seriously.' And he prompted Cell to get serious. So I think that the power Cell showed when he tanked Vegeta's kick and then sent him far away was greater than his warm up power.

Is it possible that the power he initially used against Goku was the same power Vegeta fought evenly against? Come to think of it, Vegeta was WTFed when Cell tanked his kick, whereas he was not impressed during the warm up stage of Goku's and Cell's fight.

Cell was definitely above his very initial self when he warmed up against Goku. Vegeta wouldn't be impressed by their warm up because he was so far beyond that level himself, and naturally he assumed Goku and Cell were too.

Why couldn't it be the same warm up power he showed against Vegeta?

The warm up was enough to impress both Cell and Goku.



I don't see why Cell would be impressed if both were suppressed to Grade 2 Vegeta's level pre second RoSaT training.

Agreed, lets not forget Vegeta went into the ROSAT a second time and before that had already felt Goku's power and wasn't aware of him holding back.
