I think it's bull crap. Ok so Namek Goku can do a 10x Kaio-Ken reliably and a 20x Kaio-Ken for one big burst. So Goku powers up in the Cell Saga to , say 30 million in base. So, he can either gain 145 million points for a total of 175 points, or he can use Kaio-Ken x10 to get to 300 million. Yeah, that theory is sheet.
Nonsense.
The x10 boost for MSSJ works best until super and bog contradicted it. Anyway its screwed up since mssj goku that fought Cell is much stronger than Namek Goku and this shit made people making some crazy ass theories like, Freeza dropped in power like 100 times cuz he didn't train. Super led only to one conclusion: it's useless to try to understanding power levels and gaps and take it to comic logic: everyone are strong as they need to be for the plot. I won't be surprised if in some episode Picollo would fare better than Gohan against some foe with that crappy writing.
