What if Piccolo trained on 7 years?

Which 7 years? Cell Games to Boo arc? What says he didn't train? Didn't Toriyama say he always does?

As for the topic, Kamiccolo is pretty much maxed out post-RoSaT in my opinion. I don't see him getting much stronger from the Cell Games to End of Z.

He trained all 7 years. He was likely still well below Cell Games SSJ Goku.

I don't think he trained at all. If he did, I'd day he'd be above SSJ Goku but below SSJ2

According to Toriyama he did, but it clearly wasn't enough to be relevant even to the Super Saiyans, so he likely only maintained his current level of strength.
