What is One Piece?

What do you think it is. Whitebeard says it is something that can shake up the world. I think Oda once stated that it is something physical, and not like a metaphorical treasure.

I don't feel certain but presently think most likely it's the poleglyphs all in "one piece". That'd shake up the world.
