What kind of power did Goku use against No Hands Freeza?

Most people believe either Full Base, or, at most, 2x Kaioken. But...
When Freeza told him he hasn't even used half of his strength yet, Goku seemed worried.
That wouldn't make sense if he could still increase his power 5x or 10x. It seems more
logical if he was on 4x-5x Kaioken.

I don't think he used any Kaio-Ken there. Probably the full-power of his Base.

It wasn't the idea that Freeza was still at less than 50% power that worried Goku, but the idea that Freeza could crush Goku with only half his power.

I'd say he was using full power base, at the very most Kaioken x2, but most likely not.

If Goku's base is 1 and Freeza says ''I know you have more, but i can crush you with less than half''...

Goku- 1
Goku (reserves he expects Freeza to expect him to have)- 2
Freeza expected 50%- 3
Freeza expected max- 6

That makes no sense if Goku could raise his power to 10.

How do you know Freeza only expected Goku's reserves to be a 2? That seems like a major assumption.
