What makes Beerus somewhat original (transformations)

I spared you the three periods, Beerus is the last major villain not to have a transformation. Think about all the saga villains in loosely canonized dragonball:
Zamasu -> Fusion Zamasu
Frieza -> Gold Frieza
Syn Shenron -> Omega Shenron
Hell Fighter 17 -> Super 17
Baby . . . . . Golden Ozaru Baby
Fat Buu . . . . . Kid Buu
Imperfect Cell . . . . . . Super Perfect Cell
Transformed Frieza - > Non-suppressed true Frieza
Vegeta -> Ozaru Vegeta

Which means Beerus is the last of his kind since Piccolo junior! :shillary

Beerus wasn't a villain lol. He's a Hakaishin where he looks like a villain according to the filthy mortals. And I'm a hero not a villain.

Well, he was an antagonist that hasn't transformed thus far, so that's something I guess.
