What makes Ki attack different or special?

What makes the Galick Gun and Kamehameha different? In the manga every ki attack is yellow. So they all look the same apprantly . So what makes these attack so.. unique besides the name? Could someone easily do the galick gun hand position and say kamehameha?

Just curious. What makes them special if they're same color and beam shape? How is Final Flash different from Galick Gun?

There has to be some sort of left out method behind the "special blasts" like Kamehameha or Galick Gun. Maybe something like pin-pointing the perfect amount of ki in the right spot and having a specific amount of concentration. Or maybe special Ki blasts depend on nature or style of fighting (all of turtle hermits students) this would explain why the Kamehameha was something that took master Roshi 50 Years to master implying that in it's special way, it is different from other blasts.
