What role do you think Tashigi could play by the end of the series?

Unless she's going to be forced into being shipped with Zoro at the end, probably none of relevance. She's been consistently treat as vastly below the more relevant Straw Hats and Smoker in all the arcs and her character doesn't have much of an arc beyond being loyal to Smoker and her ties to Zoro. Beyond somehow furthering the development of one of them or both, there's not much role she can play.

I think she's going to turn into a prostitute for the Gorosei.

That would honestly make a better development for her character than anything she's done thus far .
