I caught up with it at the time, in 2014 or 2015. I only restarting reading manga like a month ago tbf.

Actually maybe I didn't catch up. I think I found out it was 1 volume from the end, so decided to wait for it to come out and then she just added a couple of extra volumes and my own circumstances changed. I plan on finishing it, but it's harder to get back to finishing something you know you like than something you don't care about. Like you wanna make sure you're actually paying attention, so it gets delayed.

Hm, this might take longer than I was expecting to finish Mushishi. It's only 50 chapters according to MAL but it has 10 volumes. Halfway through volume 1 right now. So far it's off to a decent start.

You should read Slam Dunk and Real after this. Both mangas by the same author as Vagabond and very well received in Japan.

Dropped it midway into volume 2. It's completely episodic in nature and supposedly all 10 volumes are like this. The story was moving at a snail's pace for what felt like little to no reward if I was to continue reading it. Personally I wouldn't recommend it.
