Remember Vegeta expected the three new androids to be a lot stronger than Nineteen, yet he was confident he could defeat them even if they fought him all together. That implies a massive gap.

Or maybe it's even bigger. Come to think of it, I don't think Vegeta looked as if he would start out at full power if he fought all three androids together. So maybe it's:

Treating a statement as trashtalking only because it makes the gaps too big for your taste is not the proper way to make the ultimate PL list you dream about.

Vegeta is clearly hyper defensive about being dismissed. No one has ever taken this as a true power statement.

I think one of the key things to making a good power level list is realizing not everything is a power statement.
