Regardless of power level, what's the most powerful technique in this series? For me it's a toss-up between the Shin Kikoho, Makankosappo, Final Flash and the Spirit Bomb.

The Spirit Bomb is potentially the most powerful, as it can take the genki from all living beings. What matters the most is the scale that is used. Can you imagine how powerful a multiversal spirit bomb can get, knowing that Zeno's energy alone is as powerful as the whole multiverse? The Spirit Bomb's potential is limitless. Too bad that it's impractical.

Aside from that, the Makankosappo is quite broken as well. In DB, it was able to kill an opponent thrice or more as powerful as it was. By the time of Anime DBS, it actually tore a hole in the barrier surrounding the arena of the tournament arc. Keep in mind that even Champa couldn't break it when he tested it and Goku didn't put a dent in it when he randomly hit it during his fight.

I think Spirit Bomb should be exlude in the list since its a hack technique. I'll go with Kihoho since it was strong enough to push Semi Cell despite Tien being in the low millions. :troll

Lame Dragon Hax Punch that Goku uses seems to be the most underrated.

Not really. It's simply overshadowed by more overpowered attacks.

Spirit bomb should be excluded cause it is basically limitless. Shin Kikoho takes it for me.

Spirit Bomb.
2. Destructo Disk
3. Kaioken
4. Tri-Beam
The first two doesn't depend on the power of the user.

I was gonna include Kienzan, but figured anything that can be easily nullified by a counter beam is too weak to be included. It takes little ki to make, therefore even a weaker opponent could cancel one out with one of their strong beams if need be.

I was also gonna include devilmite beam, but I figured it's limit made it ineligible, but then the same would go for Genki Dama as well.
