Where are West/North Kaioshins?

I have wanted to ask this for a long time, but i was too busy with power levels related stuff.

Boo likely slaughtered them twice, erasing them from existence. Old Kaioshin got back up after giving his life to Goku, so it wouldn't be a surprise if the same thing happened when Boo attacked them.
