Where do you place Saitama's destructive capability?

I want everyone to mention where they think Saitama's destructive capability is at, or how much can he destroy. I place Saitama at Multi-planet level at best, since that's the best he showed. So lemme see what you guys think and debate it

High end of Planet level. From what I'm aware, his greatest challenges have only matched Boros' Planet level power and whilst such didn't require much effort, the fact he at least dubbed his counter as a "serious punch" would have me believe his power isn't tiers above it.

He can't one shot everyone, if that's what you think. I mean, no such feat is shown

The premise of the series isn't about defeating things in one punch. Anytime there is something that he couldn't defeat easily, that actually made him go all out or was a challenge it would pretty much ruin the series.

And even then you're left trying to extrapolate his power from one punch that he puts a little effort into.

You can still judge his current power. We do know the power he has and the feats he has shown, therefore we can draw out a conclusion based on the events which appeared.

What comes after is the "holding back" part which is unquantifiable. However, we can't assume he's more powerful than what he has shown by far, and therefore we use the current feats to judge his power and beside each feat, we just say "possibly higher"

The Plot so far has him easily above Borros needing a serious punch to stop the planet destroying blast. Dont forget the punch impact also destroyed Borros. Anyways, its all plot driven. Saitiama could eventually become galactic levels of destruction.
