Probably cell and gohan. Cell really never seemed that strong to me, and getting punched so hard you spit out a person seems pretty significant. I think gohan could easily beat super perfect cell too if he didn't get hurt. But I don't have numbers or anything.

I agree with the answer, but I think it's possible SPC might be somewhat rivalling Gohan.
