As for the topic, definitely Piccolo over Tenshinhan. Yamcha and Tenshinhan are treat as comparable during this filler, whereas Weighted Piccolo is clearly shown to be significantly above them without teamwork.

I agree, even so I think Tenshinhan rivals Piccolo (Weighted) at the time, since even though Piccolo manages to dodge Yamcha's blows without much trouble. Piccolo didn't look too good after taking a hit from Tenshinhan and Yamcha.

Perhaps Piccolo was still a little more used than they to the gravity of that planet, considering that Piccolo surely arrived a little before them.

Tenshinhan surely took Chaoz in upa and traveled at the speed of Yamcha. It wouldn't be strange if Piccolo arrived a little earlier. Also when they started their training to catch Bubbles, at first Piccolo (Weighted) seemed much faster than Tenshinhan.
