The full-power blast used against Freeza appeared to have more power behind it. Gohan went from like 1.5k to 2.8k using the Masenko and it got swatted. Gohan went from weaker than 2nd form Freeza to being able to push back 3rd form Freeza with a blast that was at least superior to Piccolo.
